IT Services Specialist

Olin is seeking a skilled IT Services Specialist to serve as the lead and liaison for Olin locations, as well as a member of the Olin global technology team. This role will support the optimization and continuous improvement of Olin's infrastructure and user support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish relationships with key site and business leaders to understand their IT needs and challenges.
* Work with IT infrastructure leaders, team members, and service providers to resolve site-specific issues and needs.
* Participate in IT projects with Olin IT and service provider teams, including local site infrastructure projects or global technology projects.
* Assist in gathering technical requirements and developing project solutions, and deliver appropriate documentation to the service desk and support prior to implementation.
* Participate in infrastructure enhancements and lifecycle projects, and provide support for environments and infrastructure products.
* Assist in IT audits and deliver appropriate documentation.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 3 years of related information technology or infrastructure experience.
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and technology within the End User Compute and Collaboration technology area.
* Technical knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Autopilot, CoPilot, Intune, and Power Apps.
* Ability and willingness to support multiple sites and travel as needed.
* Must possess a valid US driver's license.
* Prior Olin experience in a relevant position is preferred.
