About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to identify any safety concerns or contraindications.
  • Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Begin studies, transfer images, and document patient history in the GE IDX PACS system.
  • Utilize MRI compatible monitoring systems and IV infusion pumps as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage daily patient workflow.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in MRI technology.
  • Cardiac and pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved RT program.
  • Current ARRT license and BLS certification.
