We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at Cooper University Health Care. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Interview and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to identify any safety concerns or contraindications.
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Begin studies, transfer images, and document patient history in the GE IDX PACS system.
- Utilize MRI compatible monitoring systems and IV infusion pumps as needed.
- Develop and maintain excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage daily patient workflow.
- 1+ years of experience in MRI technology.
- Cardiac and pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved RT program.
- Current ARRT license and BLS certification.
