Essential Qualifications:

  • A college degree or an associate degree in a customer service-related field.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare sector.

  • Proven excellence in delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email.
  • A motivation to assist others, aligning with our mission.
  • Excitement about being the initial point of contact for individuals seeking support.

  • Willingness to work remotely and reside in designated states.

Key Responsibilities:

The Help Now Resource Specialist position is a full-time role within the AiRCare Team. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound calls to provide support in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Understanding and navigating employer benefits to assist the populations we serve.
  • Educating participants about their employer-provided benefits.
  • Gaining proficiency in various community resources, including financial, medical, housing, and social services.
  • Communicating effectively to build connections and deliver assistance to those in need.
  • Following up with individuals to ensure their needs are met.
  • Providing feedback to enhance our service model based on client experiences.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact.
  • Acting with urgency to connect individuals with necessary resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  • Meeting established performance metrics.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
