Key Responsibilities:
+ Execute assembly and quality inspection tasks
+ Complete assigned work within designated cycle times
+ Utilize hand tools for the assembly of hardware components with various fasteners
+ Comply with all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
+ Manage shop supplies, floor stock, and tools utilized in production
+ Propose enhancements while consistently aiming for efficient and effective practices
+ Uphold departmental quality benchmarks
+ Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
+ Minimum age requirement of 18 years
+ Capability to bend, stoop, stand, and squat as needed
+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods
+ Capacity to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
+ Proficient in using hand tools including battery-operated devices, torque tools, tie wrap cutters, nut drivers, and DC electric tools
+ Familiarity with continuous improvement strategies
