Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at E & E Manufacturing Inc. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Investigate and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related topics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role in an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles, tools, and techniques, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Plex and other quality management software.
  • Knowledge of GD&T and other quality-related tools and techniques.
  • Experience with customer audits and certifications.
