Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality principles, tools, and techniques, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Plex and other quality management software.
- Knowledge of GD&T and other quality-related tools and techniques.
- Experience with customer audits and certifications.
