Job Summary

The Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Marketplace team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by accurately and efficiently processing food and beverage orders and purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent guest service by listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
  • Process food and beverage orders and purchases through the Point of Sale (POS) System.
  • Maintain the accountability and security of your individual cash drawer.
  • Stock and clean your workstation/venue to ensure presentable products.
  • Collect and process guest payments for food and beverage service.
  • Prepare food as needed in the quick service kitchens.
  • Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with team members and management staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Working Conditions
  • Normal office setting and casino floor.
  • Frequent walking and standing in a smoke-filled environment.
  • Temperature-controlled environment with varying noise levels.
  • Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
