Job Description:

A skilled LPN plays a vital role in delivering direct nursing care to residents, assisting with daily medical management, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
  • Providing direct patient care, including personal hygiene and mobility assistance.
  • Collaborating with registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and other team members in delivering care.
  • Responding to medical emergencies and providing first aid when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.
  • Ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations, including infection control procedures.
  • Promoting a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced LPN who possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
