- Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations related to Certified Home Health Agencies
- Collaborate with other departments, professionals, and organizations to develop support and coordination of patient care
- Allocate resources in an efficient and economical manner to enable each patient to attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree or higher and current license to practice in NYS, or Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and current license to practice in NYS
- At least one to three years of recent supervisory experience in Certified home health care
- Knowledge and competency in the use of the OASIS data collection instrument
