Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intakes to assist participants with understanding and exploring their needs, strengths, interests, aptitudes, experience, and capabilities.
  • Partner with participants to jointly develop a service plan outlining their short-term and long-term employment and other goals.
  • Meet regularly with participants on their caseload, document progress towards goals, and provide ongoing orientation to ensure participants understand their TANF and program requirements.
  • Build effective partnerships with external providers to ensure participants have access to needed services and supports.
  • Maintain exceptional record keeping and document all communication and contact with participants and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license, required.
