Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Project Manager to join our team at Phase II. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the project plan.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.
