About the Role

This Residential Counselor position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting those experiencing homelessness. You will work in our Permanent Supportive Housing Projects, assisting residents with daily needs and providing support tailored to their specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, providing emotional support and connecting them with resources.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services, including coordination with outside service providers.
  • Design and implement engaging activities to promote trust and confidence among residents.
  • Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and outings to foster a sense of community.
  • Take charge of building operations during absences, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $43,500 - $51,600 per year, based on location and experience.
