1. Provide exceptional customer service at various stations, including Deli, Steam/Sautee, Salads, Grill, Coffee, and Cashiering.

2. Prepare food items, such as slicing, dicing, and mixing, utilizing industrial equipment like meat slicers, buffalo mixers, food processors, and knives.

3. Demonstrate flexibility by being assigned to different positions and stations within the department.

4. Label food products accurately according to departmental policies and procedures.

5. Maintain a clean and organized uniform, adhering to hair and facial hair restraints, and follow proper hand-washing protocols.

6. Foster positive relationships with customers.

7. Identify operational needs and demonstrate teamwork by assisting colleagues.

8. In the absence of the Dish room Attendants, assist with ware washing, utensil maintenance, and trash management.
