Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and assess potential risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through regular audits and assessments.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive quality improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to demonstrate compliance and quality achievements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, regulatory affairs, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
