Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer to join our team at Southeastern Integrated Care LLC. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets regulatory requirements and maintains a high level of quality care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a compliance-related field, with a strong understanding of industry laws and regulations. A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, legal studies, management, healthcare, or a related field is required. The ability to analyze and interpret complex data, negotiate, problem-solve, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the corporate risk management program.
  • Collaborate with training department to ensure staff training is in compliance with clinical coverage policies.
  • Investigate and evaluate claims and potential claims.
  • Review Company practices, documents, and policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a compliance-related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications
  • CPR, first aid, NCI, and/or role-related certification OR within 3 months of hire
