About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at MedStar Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greets patients and prepares them for physician examination.
  • Screens patients for appropriate information and instructs patients in the collection of samples and tests.
  • Performs patient telephone triage, assesses needs, and coordinates needs with medical staff.
