Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Unity Health Care. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding resident clinical rotations, coordinating quality activities, and serving as a liaison between partners, residents, and directors.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand resident clinical rotations to ensure a robust clinical learning environment.
  • Coordinate quality activities, including data collection, evaluation, and analysis, to improve health outcomes and patient experience.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners, residents, and directors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with specialists to secure placements and ensure that residency accreditation standards are continually met.
  • Provide coaching and instruction to staff members to support their professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Current DC License, CDS, and DEA registrations.
  • Board certified in area of specialty.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting; homeless experience a plus.
