Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Oral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dental hygiene team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care, educating patients on preventive measures, and collaborating with our dentists to develop treatment plans.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our patients, developing long-term relationships built on trust and empathy. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering gold-standard patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide superior clinical care, adhering to the highest standards of medical ethics and professionalism.
- Educate patients on the importance of preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease.
- Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the dentist to develop treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Board of Dentistry with no negative actions.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to create a positive, supportive environment for patients and team members alike.
