We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Balise Auto. This role will require travel to different Balise stores for training, store coverage, and overall F & I support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers, providing a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties, as well as manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
  • Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources and proper federal, state, and corporate channels.
  • Create and maintain a program with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
  • Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
Environmental and Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
  • A current valid driver's license and insurability rating are required.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of automotive sales experience and/or dealership management experience.
  • Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance.
  • Strong background in business, mathematics, and sales/marketing.
  • Computer Savvy; ADP experience a plus.
