Commercial Strategy Manager

Refresco is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Sales department, you will play a critical role in leading projects aligned with our organization's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct commercially driven analyses, including market research, competitive analysis, and process improvements.
  • Support network capability projects and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assess capability and capacity investments based on market trends and constraints.
  • Develop and present business cases to diverse audiences, including the Senior Management Team and Operating Board.
  • Translate market, operational, and financial data into actionable strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, sales analysis, revenue analytics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated data mining capabilities and ability to develop analytical models, tools, and reports.
  • Experience interacting directly with sales and business teams and working cross-functionally between departments and at all levels.
