Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Direct and manage commercial retail construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Focus on large retail establishments.
- Client Relations: Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled and expectations surpassed. Build and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to guarantee smooth project execution.
- Financial & Timeline Management: Create, oversee, and track project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client needs.
- Quality Control & Safety Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality and safety standards, complying with industry regulations and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial retail construction, with a solid background in managing large-scale projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Procore construction management software is highly desirable.
- Certifications: PMP certification is advantageous.
