As a key member of our team, you will assist the Superintendent in overseeing the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction work activities, employees, and subcontractors on a project jobsite.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Superintendent in ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget
* Oversee the daily supervision of construction work activities, employees, and subcontractors
* Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
* Develop and implement quality control and safety procedures

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required; college courses in construction management, engineering, etc. preferred
* Three or more years of work experience in a lead Foreman position on medium or large projects
* Three or more years of field or trade work experience in the construction industry; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred
* Computer literacy required; training can be provided
* Specific software literacy preferred; training can be provided
* CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required; training can be provided
* Spanish-English bilingual skills desirable
* LEED GA Credential desirable
