About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring excellent communication with associates and clients.
  • Coordinate the care of clients and pets, providing a welcoming and efficient experience.
  • Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care.
  • Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about pet health needs and hospital services.
  • Manage finances, maintain accurate balances, and utilize proper opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year related experience required, with customer service preferred.
  • Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
