Clinical Supervisor Job Description

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the implementation and delivery of clinical services, ensuring treatment services are consistently delivered in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design, and fostering an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation and delivery of clinical services
  • Ensure treatment services are consistently delivered in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design
  • Ensure clinical services foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery
  • Ensure clinical services are personalized and tailored to the individual needs of our clients
  • Ensure the clinical and case management staff are highly trained and proficient in the delivery of clinical services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field required
  • LICSW, LMHC, or closely related license/certification in the fields of addiction or mental health required
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience in counseling required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a substance abuse or mental health program required
