Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the Navy Exchange. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our valued guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Utilize our Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details.
  • Train, instruct, and supervise personnel assigned to the Front Desk.
  • Provide assistance in handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise all front desk operations and reservations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Participate in hiring front desk staff, evaluate performance, and complete performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • One year of responsible experience in administrative, professional, or other responsible work that demonstrates general knowledge of business practices.
  • May be substituted by one year of academic study above the high school level in a hotel, lodging, or hospitality school.
  • Two years of responsible experience in administrative supervisory, professional, or technical work that demonstrates knowledge of front-of-house hospitality operations or similar work.
  • Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties.
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
