Animal Nutrition Specialist

Nutreco, a leading animal nutrition company, is seeking an Animal Nutrition Specialist to join our team in Highland, IL, USA. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our pet food products.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, with experience in the animal nutrition industry. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality programs for the Companion Animal business unit
- Lead the Quality Leadership and Species Networks to drive quality improvements
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their quality and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Assurance, Animal Science, Food Science, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the animal nutrition industry
- Pet food experience preferred
