About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Validation Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our CCM High Mix production floor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, and Process Engineering teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Develop and maintain production test procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and optimize production workflows.
  • Provide technical support and training to Test Operators and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis and visual inspections to troubleshoot failures and identify trends in defects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with RF testing equipment and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
