Job Title: Senior Software Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Job Summary:

The Senior Software Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases to validate software requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development and systems design engineering, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test plans and test cases to validate software requirements
  • Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify and document discrepancies
  • Collaborate with software development and systems design engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software products
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior test engineers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Experience with software development methodologies and testing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Prior experience with Patriot software
  • Familiarity with Raytheon software development process
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
