CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement patient care plans to improve health outcomes
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
