The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus seeks an exceptional Lead Arts Programming Specialist to champion the artistic vision of the organization and its Chan National Queer Arts Center. This role oversees all administrative functions of organizational programming, including guest artist bookings, fee negotiations, repertoire selection, budget management, and commissioning of new work.

Key responsibilities include engaging a diverse array of repertoire and artists, serving as primary producer of activities in the Chan National Queer Arts Center, and overseeing artist servicing and logistics. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in the arts, arts management, or a related field, 10 years of experience in arts programming and/or arts management, and a deep knowledge of best practices and current trends in the performing arts space.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the success of the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus. We offer a competitive compensation package, 14 annual paid full day holidays, unlimited PTO, and a robust benefits package. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
