Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our first facility in Austin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, managing staff, inventory, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Set schedules, ensure adherence to roles and tasks, audit performance and productivity, and manage time-off requests.
  • Inventory Management: Create systems to ensure inventory levels are maintained, manage orders and updates, and run reports on sales and areas of improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Manage the team responsible for front-facing customer interactions, make decisions on customer service issues, and coordinate communications with clients.
  • Facility Quality Assurance: Manage facility operations, equipment upkeep and maintenance, and enforce quality standards.
  • Sales: Contribute to the company's profitability by bringing in new leads, closing new memberships, and upselling our offerings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in managing staff, inventory, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to create and implement systems, and experience with inventory management and customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
