Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operational Excellence departments of our Global Operations team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Maintain a strong focus on quality management and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operations management.

Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic technology around the world. Their tireless attention to detail, and commitment to quality lets us boast about how reliable and configurable our systems are. Members of the Operations team cross-train on multiple disciplines to provide us with unparalleled staffing flexibility and the capability to react to any production demand.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence.
  • 5 years in a global VP role.
  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered.
  • Customer-centric mindset and dedication to quality and service.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
