About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Global Supply Chain to join our team at OnLogic. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a multifunctional Supply Chain team, including Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end Supply Chain strategies to support OnLogic's Revenue, EBITDA, and Working Capital goals.
  • Manage Supply Chain KPIs, supplier scorecards, and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop sourcing strategies to support the product roadmap and develop forecasts to support customer deliveries.
  • Partner with Engineering and Project Management to ensure that new products launch on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Negotiate Supply Agreements and cost reductions with Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Continually identify and act on opportunities to create strategies to compress lead times and reduce direct material costs.
  • Prepare Supply Chain analysis and Executive-level presentations for decision-making purposes.
  • Meet with suppliers and stakeholders for key operational and status updates used to drive supplier relationship management and process improvement.
About the Team

You will be joining a dynamic and experienced Operations team responsible for building, testing, packaging, and shipping OnLogic systems around the world. Our team is known for their attention to detail and commitment to quality, which enables us to deliver reliable and configurable systems to our customers.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of experience/knowledge working on product developments for electronic systems, preferably in the Industrial PC space.
  • Proven knowledge of CM/ODM/OEM/COTS business models, contract negotiation, and management in the electronics manufacturing space.
  • Mastery in developing, managing, and driving action on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supplier scorecards.
  • Experience using DDMRP/MRP methodologies to execute a purchasing policy.
  • Experience managing an S&OP process.
  • RFQ package creation, supplier source selection, cost analysis, and negotiations. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience in Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management.
  • Knowledge in data analytics, modeling, and data presentation utilizing raw data exported from multiple databases.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office, or equivalent applications required.
  • Experience managing an international team is a plus.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a huge plus.
