As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, while also assisting with recruiting, scheduling, and HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
  • Candidate recruitment and retention: Assist with recruiting employees and new hire paperwork, including completing new hire checklists and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion.
  • HR responsibilities: Interview candidates for harassment, discrimination, and employee work injury reports, and provide information to management for review.
  • Other daily and weekly responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule employee interviews, provide employees with their daily/weekly schedules, and conduct check-ins for employees on location/jobsites.
Requirements:
  • One (1) or more years directly related experience.
  • College education or work experience in a relevant business field.
  • Proficient in Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Calendar.
