We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Post-Doctoral Resident to join our team at FamilyForward. As a key member of our assessment and clinical teams, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical interviews with caregivers, case managers, and other relevant individuals to gather information and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Review client files, including IEPs, previous psychological evaluations, and records, to inform report writing and recommendations for further treatment or assessment.
- Prepare and submit timely, thorough reports that include information from clinical interviews, rating scales, NMT functional brain maps, and recommendations for additional services.
- Provide feedback to treatment teams with comprehensive recommendations for additional services.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay up-to-date on relevant topics and best practices in the field.
- Doctorate degree in psychology.
- Successful completion of a doctoral internship.
- Experience working with children and families in a mental health capacity.
- Training and experience working with children and families who have experienced trauma (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of psychological test interpretation.
- Eligibility to be provisionally licensed in the state of Missouri.
