- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Closing Activity Coordination: Oversee daily closing activities to meet team goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Title Research and Resolution: Conduct thorough title research, resolve title defects, and satisfy existing liens and encumbrances to ensure clear title.
- Document Preparation and Disbursement: Assist in preparing preliminary settlement statements, real estate documents, and disburse funds according to instructions.
- Recording and Notary Services: Proof and record documents, perform notarial duties, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with document distribution, typing reports, and maintaining computer-based and paper files.
- Marketing and Community Involvement: Participate in department marketing activities and attend after-hours functions as requested or required.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office Suite, and the internet.
- Notary Public: Ability to obtain Colorado Notary Public certification.
- Prolonged Sitting and Computer Use: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lifting and Mobility: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Salary Range: $44,100 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
