The Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking an Assurance and Compliance Expert to support the execution of nuclear and non-nuclear capital projects. As a key member of the Infrastructure and Capital Projects Directorate (ALDICP), you will partner with Design/Build Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Building Officials to ensure high-quality, cost-effective projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

With a focus on quality assurance, you will review and prepare procurement documentation, participate in the development and implementation of processes and procedures, and lead audits and surveillances of quality-affecting engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Your expertise in applicable commercial construction codes and standards, as well as your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, will be essential in driving continuous improvement and excellence.

This role requires advanced knowledge and application of ISO 9001, NQA-1, and other relevant standards. You will also need to demonstrate expertise in auditing, risk management, and corrective action processes.
