About the Role

The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of our quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will also participate in the development and evaluation of processes and procedures, contributing to the overall objective of sustaining an effective Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare procurement documentation germane to quality assurance and quality engineering requirements;
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes, procedures, and applications contributing to the overall objective of sustaining an effective engineering, procurement, and construction Quality Management System;
  • Participate in nonconformance reporting, closures, and corrective action processes;
  • Lead, coordinate, and/or conduct audits and surveillance of quality-affecting engineering, procurement, construction, and ancillary project work.

Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and application of applicable commercial construction codes and standards;
  • Technical knowledge of the application of engineering, procurement, and construction practices sufficient to comprehend specified QA requirements for these disciplines; including Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) and application of the graded approach in an NQA-1 environment;
  • Advanced ability to understand and interpret various physical, mechanical, and electrical documents, blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schematics;
  • Demonstrated advanced experience effectively communicating with all levels of personnel across multiple organizations to solve complex problems.
