About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven House Supervisor to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.

As a House Supervisor, you will work closely with our medical staff and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care, manage staffing levels, and coordinate patient flow. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to staff members, and contributing to the development of our nursing policies and procedures.
