Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional services to our clients. As a clinical lead, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing ABA programs, and providing supervision to behavior technicians.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement ABA programs to address client goals and objectives.
- Provide field supervision to behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services and adherence to company policies.
- Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians to support their professional growth and development.
- Complete progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory agency and funding source requirements.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field.
- BCBA Certification.
- 3+ years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV.
- Competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $80,000.
