Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the behavioral needs of students and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs aimed at addressing challenging behaviors while promoting skill development.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other staff to ensure the integrity of ABA interventions.
- Collaborate with students, families, and professionals to devise and execute effective treatment strategies.
- Monitor student progress and make data-informed adjustments to interventions as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis.
- Engage in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy and supervising staff.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
