Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the need for behavioral interventions and design, execute, and monitor behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs.
- Leadership and Supervision: Oversee the implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train and design behavioral systems, and manage employee performance to ensure high-quality services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate parent meetings and provide parent training, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete comprehensive goals and reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies.
- Certification and Licensure: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and valid state license (if applicable).
- Experience: Experience successfully managing challenging behaviors and maintaining a steady caseload of billable hours.
- Personal Qualities: A fun and compassionate disposition, ability to communicate effectively, and leadership experience is preferred.
