About the Role

The Administrative Assistant position at Total Quality Logistics offers a unique blend of administrative support, leadership assistance, and reception duties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including event planning, onboarding new hires, and maintaining office supplies. You will also provide critical support to our leaders, creating sales reports, completing expense reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for job applicants, greeting and escorting them through their onsite interviews. If you possess excellent communication skills, a high level of energy, and a strong ability to multitask, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple leaders, including scheduling, expense reports, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the office and ensure a welcoming environment for employees and visitors
  • Plan and execute events and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the facilities department and property manager
  • Screen incoming calls, transfer to appropriate individuals, and respond to general inquiries

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
