This position is based out of our Columbus, OH Plant location in the Abbott Nutrition division, which develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages. Our Nutrition business helps babies and children grow, keeps adult bodies strong and active, and produces leading brands like Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, and Glucerna.
Columbus, Ohio, is Abbott's first manufacturing facility in the world, making us a leader in science-backed nutrition products. As a Processing Sanitation Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a high level of housekeeping and sanitation for the plant common areas, monitoring inventory of cleaning and gowning items, and coordinating daily and weekly activities with the sanitation team.
You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment problems, coordinating repair and maintenance, meeting with vendors on a weekly basis to order supplies and discuss problems, and prioritizing daily tasks for the sanitation team. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in sanitation or a highly regulated industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals. Estimated annual salary for this position is between $37,764 and $75,308, depending on location and experience.
