Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and address objections effectively
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales techniques and strategies
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure sales excellence

Requirements:

  • We're looking for trailblazers with a minimum of 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity (4+ years preferred)
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
