SNI Technology is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce/SEO Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, driving growth and customer retention through data-driven insights and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to increase customer retention and maximize lifetime value.
2. Utilize data analytics to evaluate customer behavior, identify patterns, and assess the effectiveness of retention efforts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute retention initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
4. Optimize the customer journey to reduce friction and increase overall customer retention.
5. Analyze customer data, segment customer groups, and develop actionable insights to tailor retention strategies.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
* 3-5 years managing an e-commerce/SEO environment.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
* Direct experience setting up and managing platforms, preferably within an e-commerce environment for major resellers.
* Proficiency in using analytics tools and understanding of relevant metrics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop and implement effective retention strategies.
