Job Summary
Churchill Downs Racetrack is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Guest Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through various forms of contact, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Discuss special event experience specifics with guests, communicate details, and note feedback for future improvement.
- Respond to and resolve guest inquiries from various channels, including phone calls, emails, and Salesforce tickets.
- Assist guests with questions and issues, and direct inbound calls from our main call platform.
- Ensure that all communication and correspondence with guests is courteous, sincere, and professional.
Requirements
- Dedicated and enthusiastic personality with excellent guest service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving capability.
- Previous Call Center experience required.
- Prior experience working with the public in a guest services role and a working knowledge of the horse racing industry preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, some evenings, and holidays.
