Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Amplify Recruiting. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential clients within target industries and market segments.
  • Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at prospective client organizations.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' business challenges, goals, and technology requirements.
  • Tailor sales presentations and proposals to demonstrate how our services can address specific client needs and add value to their business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and quotas.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and first-time appointments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the North East area is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage leads and sales activities.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social platforms for lead generation.
  • Commitment to daily outreach activities, including calls and emails to business owners.
  • Familiarity with the MSP business model, including recurring revenue streams and service-level agreements (SLAs), is advantageous.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques, solution selling, and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
