Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Delivery: Deliver high-quality cosmetic injectable treatments, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on all offerings of Alchemy 43, including procedures and products.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result.
  • Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with Alchemy 43 management, ownership, injectors, and support team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
  • IT Systems: Effectively utilize all IT systems, including Canfield Imaging Software, Patient EMR, client engagement software, and other equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of active relevant aesthetic injectable experience, unsupervised, in a clinical and/or med-spa setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in FDA-approved cosmetic neurotoxins and all FDA-approved Allergan dermal fillers.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • Licensure: Up-to-date PA license.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skills.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism when interacting with clients and staff members.
  • Learning: Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language.
  • Attitude: Cheerful, upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
  • Selling Skills: Proven selling skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong conflict and problem resolution skills.
  • Pricing: Experience discussing pricing programs with clients.
  • Social Media: Understanding of social media.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $150, $275,000.00 per year (hourly pay plus uncapped bonus potential).
