Masis Staffing Solutions is in search of a dedicated Office Manager / Executive Assistant to enhance daily operational effectiveness, oversee administrative systems, and provide high-level support to the Executive Director and Board.

This position encompasses financial oversight, communication with Board personnel, and assistance with budgeting activities. Training will be conducted over a series of sessions. Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing, invoice management, and banking activities.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for Board meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Manage employee benefits, track PTO, and maintain personnel records.
  • Coordinate annual financial audits and prepare relevant reports.
  • Support IT functions, office management tasks, and special projects.
  • Maintain updated contact information and manage office communications.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and financial management systems.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 based on experience. Benefits will be provided upon hire.
